Kajian ini dijalankan bagi menilai persepsi pelajar terhadap kesesuaian program pengajian, kemudahan pembelajaran serta keberkesanan aktiviti pembelajaran di Kolej Komuniti. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kajian tinjauan. Seramai 91 orang pelajar dari dua program pengajian, iaitu Sijil Sistem Komputer dan Rangkaian (SSK) dan Sijil Penyelenggaraan Motosikal Berkuasa Tinggi (SVM) telah dipilih sebagai responden menggunakan kaedah persampelan rawak berstrata. Data dikumpul melalui borang soal selidik berstruktur berasaskan skala Likert empat mata. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap persepsi pelajar terhadap kesesuaian bidang pengajian, kemudahan pembelajaran dan keberkesanan aktiviti pembelajaran adalah pada tahap sangat tinggi menandakan kepuasan dan sokongan optimum dalam aspek tersebut. Namun, persepsi terhadap lokasi hanya pada tahap tinggi, berkemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh faktor aksesibiliti, pengangkutan atau persekitaran. Ini menunjukkan bahawa meskipun majoriti aspek memenuhi jangkaan pelajar, faktor lokasi masih mempunyai ruang untuk penambahbaikan agar setara dengan aspek lain. Kajian ini mencadangkan agar pihak pengurusan Kolej Komuniti terus memperkukuhkan kualiti program, menambah baik kemudahan pembelajaran dan terus merancang aktiviti yang menyokong pembangunan sahsiah pelajar.
This study was conducted to evaluate students’ perceptions of the suitability of academic programs, learning facilities, and the effectiveness of learning activities at a Community College. The study employed a quantitative research design using a survey approach. A total of 91 students from two academic programs Certificate in Computer Systems and Networking (SSK) and Certificate in High-Powered Motorcycle Maintenance (SVM) were selected as respondents through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a four-point Likert scale. The findings revealed that students’ perceptions of the suitability of their study programs, learning facilities, and the effectiveness of learning activities were at a very high level, indicating optimal satisfaction and support in these areas. However, perceptions of the college location were only at a high level, possibly influenced by factors such as accessibility, transportation, or the surrounding environment. This suggests that while most aspects met students’ expectations, the location factor still has room for improvement to be on par with other aspects. The study recommends that the Community College administration continue to enhance program quality, improve learning facilities, and plan activities that support students’ personal and character development.
