Abstract

This study examined the factors influencing academic-life integration among university students in Malaysia during the post-COVID-19 endemic phase, which began on April 1, 2022. Data were collected from 386 respondents through a structured survey and analyzed using SPSS and Microsoft Excel. The independent variable includes socio-demographic factors (age, gender, residential status, and tertiary education level), general and spiritual coping mechanisms and online learning satisfaction. This study aims to explain the extent to which these factors contribute to achieve a harmonious integration of academic responsibilities with personal well-being during the post-COVID-19 endemic phase. The analysis is also expected to highlight the interplay between demographic characteristics, satisfaction with online learning, and the coping strategies employed by students. These results will offer valuable implications for educators and policymakers to design effective strategies that promote seamless academic and personal life integration in the evolving educational landscape.
